Our 6-Week Guided Healing Program

Join others on the grief journey in our structured group program where healing happens through connection and shared experience.

Week 1: Understanding Grief

We explore what grief is, the different types of loss, and why healing takes time. You'll learn that your experience is normal.

Week 2: Honoring Your Loss

Create space to tell your story and honor the person or experience you've lost. Connection through shared remembrance.

Week 3: Processing Emotions

Work through the range of emotions that grief brings - sadness, anger, guilt, confusion. All feelings are welcome here.

Week 4: Coping & Self-Care

Learn practical tools for managing grief triggers and developing self-care practices that sustain you.

Week 5: Finding Meaning

Explore how to find meaning in your grief and honor the legacy of what you've lost while moving forward.

Week 6: Continuing the Journey

Celebrate your progress, solidify your support systems, and embrace a renewed life that includes your loss as part of your story.

When: Programs start on a rotating basis throughout the month

Format: Weekly 90-minute group sessions via secure video

Size: Small groups (6-8 people) so everyone is truly heard
